Graduation Photography values your privacy. In order to use our services, visitors are asked to supply contact and billing details. We use this information to contact users regarding order status and to bill for our services.
Graduation Photography will never sell or provide personally identifiable information to any third parties. Providing your information on our website will never result in unsolicited emails or contact.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with this privacy policy under which the information was collected.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via this website or when registering to have your photos taken, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
STUDIO PORTRAITS
To protect your privacy, studio portrait samples online can only be accessed by the recipient of the user code to whom it was issued to.
A recipient of a user code can choose to provide a third party person with their user code. By providing your user code to a third party person, the user code recipient acknowledges that the third party person is permitted to order/purchase photos related to that user code. We will not take responsibility if the third party person orders photographs from the recipient's user code either for themselves, others or on behalf of the or original user code recipient.
PRESENTATION & CANDID PHOTOS
Presentation photos online are accessable through a user code issued by our company. All ceremony & candid photos from one graduation day will be visable on our online store. To opt out before your ceremony, please notify your university/institutions graduation office or after graduation ceremony you can either notify us directly or notify your university/institutions graduation office. All correspondence regarding opting out is to be made in writing.
COPYRIGHT
All images taken by our company are copyright protected unless otherwise stated. When digital images are purchased through our online store then those images will be free from copyright. Images without watermark on our facebook page are free from copyright. It is illegal for an individual or photo lab business to copy/scan printed photographs without the written consent of our company.
ARCHIVES
All digital images taken by our company or representatives will be available for a minimum of 20 years.
